I work a lot with a medical developer out of Laguna Hills, CA. called Omni West Group. Currently they only seek existing properties not only in medical but retail and industrial as well. They want to stay in southern CA. for right now....but eventually they would want to move into Arizona and Nevada possibly to purchase properties and to also seek medical development whren the time is right.

My next option is to mention I am also an affiliate of a global risk management company that does vendor management for commercial property owners. We provide this service free of charge to companies and use a unique but highly effective process for screening/ managing vendors of commercial property owners nationally and internationally. I can provide more detail.
